GAI’s Community Solutions Group (CSG) is the master landscape architect for the Village Center of Wildlight, a new traditional neighborhood development (TND) community located in Nassau County, Florida. The 100-acre, mixed-use Village Center is the first phase of this 2,900-acre community located just off I-95, 20 miles north of downtown Jacksonville. CSG is providing visioning, design, and construction documentation for this new urban village, including design of all common areas, streetscape design, signage, and wayfinding as well as a landscape architectural pattern book to guide design of the residential neighborhoods.

The Village Center is now under construction. CSG is providing integrated civil engineering and landscape architecture construction documents, and site review to ensure an integrated implementation of site development.
