I am proud and pleased to announce the release of GAI’s 2022 Annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, which documents findings from the inaugural year of GAI’s ESG Advisory Committee.
Documenting a Continuing Commitment
Established in 2022 and composed of staff volunteers from throughout the company, GAI’s ESG Advisory Committee seeks to explore and provide guidance for ways that we can be an even more responsible resident in our service areas, a more considerate employer for our staff, and a better partner for our clients. This 2022 ESG report compiles the progress GAI has made toward these goals, and shares GAI’s commitment to ethical business practices; diversity, equity, and inclusion; sustainability; respect for the natural environments where we operate; work-life fulfillment for our staff; and support for the communities we serve.
With the help of our ESG Advisory Committee, GAI continually assesses our company’s operating practices and role in our communities, with emphasis on our responsibility to be a good neighbor that considers the long-range effect of our actions while taking tangible steps toward improvement across the full range of our internal and external activities. Please accept this first annual ESG report as a document of GAI’s progress toward our goal to be a trusted and responsible partner to our staff, clients, and the communities we serve.
