The Community Paper – The Orlando City Council has approved a service request with GAI Consultants for the Lake Lorna Doone Park Community Building Project. This new building will have meeting space, offices, restrooms, a concession area and “all necessary infrastructure to support the site and building.”
Both the City and GAI Consultants have agreed to a not-to-exceed proposal of $265,047.17.
