Holiday season 2021 is upon us, and with it comes the opportunity to contemplate what has been a year of successful adjustments and positive achievements. Worldwide concern for our collective health has brought continued challenges, and I commend all of GAI’s employee-owners, clients, and business partners for their loyalty and dedication throughout the many tests we’ve faced together this year.
