A stream that historically flooded and eroded into new flow patterns was redesigned by GAI to optimize space by incorporating stream channel and floodplain into a composite cross section, while providing habitat features for aquatic diversity. GAI’s Waste Management Plan enabled re-use of environmentally impacted soils on site.
