This award-winning project is one of the most ambitious park projects ever undertaken in the State of Florida. The 213-acre park opened to rave reviews. GAI was responsible for over 25,000 square feet of architectural facilities, an $8M water park complete with a lazy river, a 35-foot-high water slide, and age appropriate pools, tournament level soccer and softball complexes, playgrounds, and a boardwalk system.
