As we approach the end of another successful year, I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you happy holidays and to thank each GAI client for your trust and loyalty, and every GAI staff member for your hard work and dedication.

Our 60^th anniversary in business has made for a celebratory year at GAI. And as proud as we are of our longevity and of growing our business and geographic footprint, all of us here take our greatest satisfaction from doing great work for our clients. We consider every success a shared success.

Some of the many positive things GAI has achieved during 2018 include:

• Welcoming more than 200 new employees
• Graduating our fourth internal MBA class and starting our fifth
• Unveiling the President’s Safety Award
• Launching our ONE-GAI employee engagement program
• Opening new Indiana offices in Fishers, Downtown Indianapolis, and Vevay, as well as a new space in Fort Wayne
• Opening a new office in Kansas City, Missouri
• Commemorating 20 years of business operations in Jacksonville, Florida
• Celebrating our 60^th anniversary with our 60 for 60 charitable campaign
• Achieving positive gains in ESOP and direct stock value for our Employee Owners
• Enjoying another year of impressive financial results, award-winning project achievements, and new opportunities

GAI has come a long way since our founding in 1958, growing more experienced, successful, and trusted over the years—and developing a company-wide tradition of giving and volunteerism in support of the communities where we live, work, and play. To mark our anniversary in 2018, we took that tradition to new heights with our 60 for 60 charitable campaign.

With GAI offices participating in more than 40 different activities, the effort of staff to give back to their communities through 60 for 60 has been truly inspiring! Across GAI, staff and leaders alike found new and creative ways to share our success—and it’s especially gratifying to reflect on the success of 60 for 60 during this season of caring and giving.
